Virtual

COVID-19 changed a lot about how we conceptualize and deliver services. We became creative and innovative, while recognizing our own adaptability. Teletherapy is a great option for when you want to prioritize yourself, but sometimes have obstacles that get in the way of physically getting to therapy. I use HIPPA-compliant and secure platforms to deliver this service.

Amble & Ramble

Who decided that therapy needed to take place in an office setting? Sitting in front of a perfect stranger and being vulnerable is not for everyone. I offer what I like to call “Amble & Ramble” Therapy. Amble & Ramble Therapy is an alternative to doing therapy in an office. We will have our sessions walking while talking, preferably connecting with nature, and perhaps even with a cup of tea or coffee in hand.

*Please note that before we are able to engage in this method, we must complete at least 3 virtual sessions.

 

I provide individual therapy to adults 18+ who may be:

 

Feeling Stuck or Burnt Out

 

Trying to Figure Out Their Identity & Place in the World

Struggling in Relationships

Experiencing a Transition or Role Change

Trying to Achieve Better Work/Life Balance

 

Struggling with Symptoms of Depression or Anxiety

Feeling Unworthy, Unloved, or Helpless

 

Wanting an Objective Third Party to Weigh In
